Summary: A final battle, the beginning of the end and afterwards. Of mind games, shaken foundations and trials and tribulations. Of the past, the present and the future. Of death and life and hate and love. Of nothing and everything.
A/n: Let’s see if I got the skills to write, continue and eventually finish a long story. An experimental piece, something to explore. This is AU-ish, in that it’s already near the end of the Cyclonian Empire after four years of struggling (for the Storm Hawks anyway). Thanks to my beta-reader for beta-ing this!
