Two related Lufay drabbles: Once upon a time; Upon the Reality

Title: Once upon a time…
Fandom: S03
Author: Gothatheartholo
Pairing: Errr, hinted Luther/Fayt?
Rating/Warning: PG13
Disclaimer: SE pwns.
Summary: A drabble of a fairytale.
A/n: Because I’m a lazy bum, I wrote a drabble for the 15 spells: water to wine and back again.

----

Once upon a time, there was God, who got bored of his perfect universe. It was perfect in that there were both the good and the bad, the best balance. Due to his boredom, he decided to tilt the balance, making the universe more bad than good with one component: the personification of Destruction, or who he had simply called: Fate.

Fate, or his human name, Fayt, lived in one of the many worlds in God’s universe. God watched in amusement as the balance was tilted back and forth, similar to how one would drink water, then get persuaded to drink wine, and then spit the wine out, and try the water again.

Just going back and forth.

It was entrancing in a way; he was spellbound by it, or more particularly, spellbound by Fayt.

But the game did not last long since Fayt and his friends had confronted him.

And in the end, he had lost his first and last game.

His universe was no longer perfect; utterly Godless.

Oh, the things he had done for his amusement.

Fin.

Summary: The other side of the drabble of a fairytale.
A/n: Because I’m a lazy bum, I wrote another drabble for the 15 spells: bad and good, black and white - there is no such thing.

----

Fayt Leingod’s life was far from a fairytale.

The moment his life began, a part of him knew that he had some higher purpose. He had felt it over and over again as his journey commenced, eventually ended and started once more.

He had learned through Albel Nox and Maria Traydor that there was no such thing as good and bad and black and white.

Sadly, he had also learned from the final battle with his God that God was truly the opposite of what he was and what he believed in. God could only see through black and white; he was not as knowledgeable or caring as one would think.

Fayt had defeated him with weapons and spells in great regret; there was so much that he didn’t know, so much that he didn’t understand. Even as he and his friends had separated and their lives returned to one would call normal, there were times he would look at the black sky and had asked himself,

“Why me, God? Why me?”

And even though he knew that his question would never be answered, he had felt as though God was mocking him. Mocking him with those bright blue eyes, those firm lips and that angelic face. They could have known each other, would have understood one another, if only God hadn’t pushed him away.

But this was the true reality. Things never went the way one would expect. Irony worked that way and so did Fate. He really was beginning to despise his name and his purpose in this twisted world of his God’s.

“Am I truly nothing else, but an amusement to you?”

Fin.
