It’s 2:00 am and they’re still up, sitting on the rooftop of their home. The air is nice and cool; the night sky is beautiful with its many stars that twinkle and shine like a hope of a wish to become true.

Sora lays down on the blanket, turns his head to the side and while rubbing his exposed stomach, he yawns. “We should go back to bed. We have classes tomorrow.”

Roxas glances, smiles and pokes at that tanned flesh. “That’s not like you to say, Sora.” He offers his hand. Sora takes it, sits up and yawns again. Roxas chuckles and holds up his other hand.

Sora blinks and matches that hand with his.

“Sometimes, I wonder if this is all a dream,” Roxas murmurs, an explanation for this particular intimacy. “It just feels like I’m sleeping and I’ll never wake up. I don’t think I want to wake up.”

“Heheh, I thought you’re the realist,” Sora teases, giving Roxas’s hand a small squeeze as if to remind Roxas that you’re here, and this is real because I’m here.

“Not while I’m with you,” Roxas confesses with a wistful smile.

Sora blinks again, nudges closer to his longtime boyfriend and whispers, “That’s… a good thing, right?”

“Yeah, mostly,” Roxas says with a subtle nod. Another smile’s threatening to form from those usually firm lips.

It’s silent for a while and then, “Good, wait what?”

Roxas throws his head back and laughs. “I really hope that it doesn’t end.”

A/n: I MISS ROXAS/SORA LIKE WOAH -heartsheartshearts- I’m gonna go finish those Roxas/Sora epics (stuff for Yuuyami) like I was supposed to! (right after I finish those other challenges /headdesk/).

And dude, I come back to the kh fandom after months of absence, and already there’s wank. What the hell. XD srsly. This fandom has so much hate. There needs to be more love!
