| Bio: | I. - Writer Info: Here’s the deal, I’ll admit, I’m not really the type of writer who writes for herself or at least post for herself. That doesn’t mean I’ll cater to my reviewers’ every whim, but I just happen to write stories that hopefully appeal to people who share the same ideas as me. So, when people don’t review, I’m assuming that people aren’t interested in what I write and I’ll literally stop posting the next chapter of a story because there’s no point in sharing ideas or stories with a silent audience. I believe, that in order to improve as a writer, writers need feedback and if writers can’t get any kind of feedback, then they don’t know whether they’re doing something right or wrong or whether what they're writing is something that is appealing or not. In other words, if you like what I write, review; if you think something needs to be improved, review and tell me why. Don’t just point out something. Tell me why you think that’s not right. Don’t claim something without evidence. Back up your shit. Don’t just tell me that’s OOC. Tell me why it’s OOC in the context of the story. And lastly, if you want me to continue the stories that I write, please review. It’s nice for writers to know that their work is being appreciated. Looking back, I personally think it’s more rewarding to interact with readers and improving instead of just writing for oneself. Other people will probably disagree with me on this, but after all the years of writing, I personally think feedback is one of the most useful things that can help writers really improve their skills and their storytelling. III. - Fandoms I've written in: Gravitation, Yugioh, Star Ocean, Storm Hawks, Angel Sanctuary, Loveless, Jak and Daxter, Harry Potter, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy 7 (AC, DoC, OGC)(I also write Jrock fanfiction as well) IV. - Fandoms I will write for: Slayers, Star Ocean 3, Angel Sanctuary, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy 7, Final Fantasy 12, Loveless, Saiyuki, Jak and Daxter, Storm Hawks... V. - Fandoms I need to catch up on: Slayers - I need to watch the anime and read the manga consistantly (weekends). Star Ocean III - I need to replay the game. AS - I need to reread the manga. KH - Maybe replay the game? FF7 - Really need to replay the games, rewatch AC and replay DoC (even though I finished it recently. FF12 - I need to restart and finish the game. Jak and Daxter - I need to finish the second and third games. Saiyuki - I need to get caught up with the manga (need chapter 7 and 8+) and I also need Gaiden. Storm Hawks - I need to watch the new episodes (weekends) VI. - Fandoms I've dropped: YGO, Ghost, Model, Gravitation, Phantom of the Opera, Trinity Blood, Harry Potter, Golden Carat, Bleach, Yami No Matsuie, Naruto, Corpse Bride, Mai-HIME and Charlie and the chocolate factory. VII. - Note I: So yeah, I usually post all my fanfiction stuff here and probably my art stuff as well. And I think I like jumping around a lot, writing-wise. I don't want to stay or write for a fandom too too long; I need variety. Note II: Likes constructive criticism reviews over badly written so-called "criticism" or "destructive criticism". Concrit to me means pointing out mistakes and suggesting of ways to fix it, not just being a nitpicker. Concrit to me means not using sarcasm or condescending tone to somehow "help" the developing writer. Concrit explains why you like or not like something. Concrit helps the writer. Regarding posting in general though, what's really disappointing is that if I post something and nobody says anything, so I really do appreciate the feedback (concrit especially) Note III: When I post things, no matter how many times I've checked my fanfics, I tend to go back and look for little errors and whatnot I might have missed, so if anybody noticed that, it's normal. ^^ Note IV: This is specifically aimed at the Jrock shippers. I do not want to hear any backtalk about pairings in my journal. I'm pretty neutral to all of them. Discussions and even debates are fine. But I don't want to hear this "Gackt/Hyde sux! lololol!" or others of that ilk. If I do hear any of that backtalk (which cannot be helped at times, I suppose), I'll warn you once. If it happens again, I'll ban you off my writing Ij so fast you wouldn't realize it. Got it? Okay. This IJ is a drama free zone, I hope. Note V: The content of this journal contains all sorts of things from humorous stories of pg, to nc17+ stories of Many Wrong Things (incest for example), so a lot of my stuff is really dark.
